Switch or cancel your product package

At EasyPark, we want to make sure you have the plan that best fits your lifestyle. We offer two main options for our private users: EasyPark Go and EasyPark Small.

Choosing the right plan

• EasyPark Go: Ideal for frequent parkers. You pay a fixed monthly fee, which means no service fees on your individual parking transactions.

• EasyPark Small: Our base package with no monthly fee. You only pay for your parking plus a small service fee per transaction.

How to switch to EasyPark Go

Ready to skip the per-transaction service fees? You can upgrade anytime:

1. Open the Menu (three lines).

2. Select Subscription.

3. Choose EasyPark Go and follow the prompts.

   Try it out: We often offer a 30-day free trial for EasyPark Go! If you don't cancel during the trial, it will automatically transition into a paid monthly subscription so your service remains uninterrupted.

How to cancel a subscription

If you’d like to stop your monthly subscription and move back to the "Small" plan:

1. Go to the Menu.

2. Tap Subscription.

3. Select Manage subscription and tap Cancel subscription.

What happens next? Your plan will switch to EasyPark Small (no monthly fee) starting the following month. If you are in the middle of a billing cycle, a discount may apply to your final month.
