How do I close my private account?

If you’ve decided to close your EasyPark account, you can do so directly within the app. We’ve made the process quick and clear so you can get back to your day.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open Your Account Launch the app and head to the Account section in the menu.

  2. Select Delete Account Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete account.

  3. Confirm Your Choice Follow the on-screen prompts to permanently close your account.

  4. Check for Confirmation Once finished, you’ll see a confirmation message in the app. Your account will be fully deactivated within one hour, and we’ll send you an SMS to confirm it’s all set.

    Note: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in with those credentials.


Good to Know

  • No Code Needed: You don't need a verification code to close your account.

  • Verify the Deletion: Not sure if it's gone? Try logging in. If the app asks you to "Add a payment method," it means your old account is officially closed and you’re seeing a new registration screen. You can simply close the app to stop there.

  • Welcome Back Anytime: If your plans change, you’re always welcome back! You can create a brand-new account whenever you're ready to make parking easy again.
