Where can I find and download history?

As a company administrator, you have the power to view and export detailed records for your entire team. This makes managing costs and tax reporting much more efficient.

How to access your data

Log in to the Self-Service Portal using your administrator credentials to find these two key sections:

1. Payment History

Want to see what has been billed to your company?

  • Select Payment History from the main menu.

  • Here, you can view and download your monthly payment summaries.

  • Pro Tip: Use the filter or export functions to organize the data, making it much easier for your finance department to handle.

2. Parking History

Need a deep dive into specific sessions?

  • Select Parking History for a complete overview of all parking activities.

  • You can filter and export this data by:

    • Time periods (e.g., specific months or quarters)

    • File format (PDF or CSV for Excel)

    • Users or payment groups
