Want to ensure your team is parking according to your company guidelines? You can easily control which vehicles can be used and when parking is allowed directly through the Self-Service Portal.
How to set restrictions
Log in as an administrator and find Restrictions in the main menu. From there, you can manage two key areas:
1. Manage which cars can park
To control your fleet's access:
Click Cars to manage which vehicles are authorized under your business account.
You can set various options to match your team’s specific needs, ensuring only approved vehicles are used for business parking.
2. Set time limits for parking
To manage when your account is active:
Click Time to control when parking sessions can be started.
You can set specific days and time slots—perfect for ensuring parking is only charged during business hours.
Important: Camera parking and time restrictions
There is one key thing to remember to keep your team moving smoothly:
Compatibility: Time restrictions cannot be used at the same time as camera parking.
Pro Tip: If your team often parks in garages or areas with automatic camera detection (ANPR), make sure to remove time restrictions for those specific users and vehicles. This ensures their parking sessions can start and stop automatically without any interruptions.
