How to switch between business and private parking

If you have a company account linked to your EasyPark app, you have the freedom to choose who pays for each session. Whether you’re on the clock or off-duty, switching takes just a second.

Choosing your account

When you are on the Parking Confirmation screen (just before you hit start), look for the Payment section:

  • Select Private: Costs will be charged to your personal credit card or preferred private payment method.

  • Select Business: Costs will be added to your company’s consolidated invoice.

Once you’ve made your choice, simply start your parking as usual. It’s that easy to keep your work expenses and personal life separate!

Important: Camera parking

If you use the same vehicle for both business and private trips, there is one thing to keep in mind:

  • One account at a time: Camera parking (automatic entry/exit) can only be active on one account per license plate.

  • Automatic override: If you enable camera parking on your private account, it will automatically be disabled on your business account for that specific car.

Pro Tip: Always double-check your selection on the confirmation screen to ensure your parking is billed exactly where you want it.
