- Why does the app need an internet connection?
The EasyPark app requires an internet connection to start or stop a parking session. When you press ‘Start’ or ‘Stop’, a request is sent to our system to activate or end your parking session. Without an internet connection, this request cannot be sent, and you won’t be able to start or stop parking via the app.
What if I don’t have internet?
Without a stable mobile data connection, you won’t be able to start a new parking session or stop an ongoing one. Make sure you’re connected to the internet when performing any parking sessions.
Note: EasyPark has no control over your device’s internet connection. Poor signal or unstable networks may impact your ability to use the app.
Tip: Experiencing poor connectivity in certain areas? Try switching off your Wi-Fi. Your phone may automatically connect to a weak or slow network nearby. Try again using mobile data instead.
Still not working? Restart your mobile network in your phone’s settings, or restart your device. This often resolves temporary connection issues.
What if my phone dies during parking?
No worries! Once your parking session has started, it remains active in our system, even if your phone is turned off or loses internet. Your session won’t stop just because your phone is no longer active.
Need to stop the session but can’t use your phone?
✔ Use another device to log in to the EasyPark app and stop your parking session.
✔ Contact our customer service team, we can manually end your parking session for you.
