- Why can’t I see my location or any parking zones in the app?
Sometimes the EasyPark app doesn’t display any zones on the map, or your location information isn’t visible. This can happen for a few different reasons. Below, we explain what you can check and try yourself.
1. Are you in a free parking area?
In some areas, parking is free. If that's the case, no zones will be shown on the EasyPark map. Always check on-site whether paid parking applies, for example by checking the parking meter or the local street signs.
2. Is the app not loading correctly?
If you're in a paid parking area but don't see any zones, the app might not be loading properly. This is often due to an unstable internet connection.
What you can do:
Fully close the EasyPark app and reopen it.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection – try turning off Wi-Fi and using mobile data only.
Restart your phone if the issue continues.
3. Check your location settings
The EasyPark app uses your GPS location to show the correct parking zone. If your location isn't accurate, check your settings:
✔ Make sure location services are enabled on your device.
✔ Set your GPS accuracy to ‘High’ or ‘Precise’.
✔ Allow the EasyPark app to access your location (‘Always’ or ‘While using the app’).
4. Search manually or enter a zone number
Prefer to select a zone manually? You can do this in two ways:
Use the search bar at the top of the map to find a street name.
Enter the zone number directly in the search bar.
