- My app isn’t working, what can I do?
We're sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the EasyPark app! In many cases, a few simple steps can resolve the problem.
✓ Fully close the app
Force close the EasyPark app by closing all open apps or tabs on your device. Then restart the app. You can also try turning your phone off and back on again.
✓ Check your internet connection
The app requires a stable internet connection. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again.
✓ Make sure you're using the latest version
Go to the App Store or Google Play to check if an update is available for the EasyPark app. An outdated version may cause technical issues.
✓ Delete and reinstall the app
If the problem persists, delete the EasyPark app from your device and reinstall it via the App Store or Google Play.
Your account and all your data will remain intact.
✓ Try using a different device
If possible, try logging in on another device to see if the app works there. This can help identify whether the issue is device-related.
Still not working? Feel free to contact our customer service team, we’ll be happy to help you further!
In the meantime, here’s what you can do:
Starting a parking session
If you can’t start a session, make sure to pay using an alternative method (like a parking meter) to avoid a fine. Once your car is parked in a paid zone, payment is required.
Stopping a parking session
Already started a session but can’t stop it in the app? Try logging in to the EasyPark app on another device to stop the session.
