I can't stop my parking session, what should I do?

Having trouble stopping your parking session in the EasyPark app? We understand this can be frustrating. Fortunately, there are a few things you can try yourself before contacting us.

What can you try?

Fully close the app
Use your phone's multitasking menu to force close the EasyPark app, then open it again.

Check your internet connection
Make sure you're connected to a stable network. Try turning off Wi-Fi and using mobile data.

Restart your phone
A restart can often solve temporary connection issues or frozen apps.

Reinstall the app
Delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play. Your data will be safe as long as you log in again with the same account.

Extra tip

Use another device
If your phone isn't working or has shut down, you can log in to your account on another device and stop your parking session from there.
