With the EasyPark app, stopping a parking session is quick and easy once you're done parking. Follow the steps below to end your session.
How to stop your parking session:
Open the EasyPark app
Make sure the app is open on your phone.**Go to ‘Activity’
**In the ‘Activity’ tab, you'll see all your active parking sessions.**Select the correct session
**Tap on the parking session you want to stop.**Stop the session
**Tap the ‘Stop’ button. In some cases, you may be asked to confirm.**Confirmation
**Once your parking session is successfully stopped, a confirmation will appear and your total cost will be calculated. You don’t need to do anything else.
Helpful tips:
✔ Always double-check that your parking session has ended. You’ll know it’s stopped if it no longer appears as active under ‘Activity’ and the timer is no longer running. A successfully stopped parking session will also show a final amount and end time.
✔ Enabled push notifications? You’ll receive a notification once your parking session has ended.
✔ Want your session to stop automatically? You can set an end time when starting the session. It will then stop on its own at the chosen time.
✔ Want to add a note to your parking session? After stopping the session, you can add a note in the app. Handy if you want to remember why you parked.
