Reminder notifications help you stop or adjust your parking session on time. You can set up these notifications via the EasyPark app or your personal self-service portal.
Setting up reminders
Open the menu in the EasyPark app.
Go to 'Notification settings'.
Choose how you want to receive reminders: via push notification (free) or SMS (€0.25 per message).
You can set multiple reminders and update or disable them at any time.
Please note: Only the admin of the account can manage reminder notifications.
Set reminders but not receiving them?
Check the following:
SMS reminders
Make sure your phone number is registered correctly. Didn't receive a message? Contact your mobile provider to check if SMS messages are being blocked.
Push notifications
Push notifications depend on your phone’s internet connection. Check your signal and make sure notifications for EasyPark are enabled in your phone settings.
