In the EasyPark app, you can easily view your parking history under the ‘Activity’ menu. This gives you an overview of your recent parking sessions.
Downloading your parking history
You can download a receipt or summary as a PDF for each individual parking session, for example, for reimbursements or personal records. There are two ways to do this:
1. Via the EasyPark app:
Open the app and go to ‘Activity’
Tap the parking session you want
Choose the option to send a receipt to your email address
Use the download link in the email to get the PDF file
2. Via the self service portal:
Go to the self service portal and log in
Go to ‘History’
Click on the parking session you want
Download the receipt as a PDF
Deleting your parking history
It’s not possible to delete individual parking sessions from your history. If you want to remove your full parking history, you have two options:
1. Submit a request via our online form
You can submit an official request to have your personal data (including parking history) deleted using our online form: Request deletion of your data
Once submitted, your request will be handled by our privacy team. You’ll receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.
2. Delete your account manually in the app
Prefer to handle it yourself? You can delete your entire EasyPark account directly in the app:
Open the EasyPark app
Go to ‘Account’
Scroll down and select ‘Delete/Close account’
Follow the steps to submit your request
Please note: This will permanently delete your entire account and all associated data, including your parking history. You won’t be able to log in again with your old details, and your parking history cannot be recovered.
