How does license plate restriction work for business accounts?

For some EasyPark Business accounts, license plate restriction is enabled. This means that subusers, for example employees, can only start parking sessions using license plates that have been pre-approved by the account owner.

This feature helps businesses control which vehicles are allowed to use the company account.

How does license plate restriction work?

  • Only license plates added via the self-service web portal can be used by subusers.

  • Subusers cannot add or edit license plates themselves in the app.

  • If a subuser tries to park with a license plate that hasn’t been approved, the session will be blocked.

Important: Only the admin can manage license plate restrictions. Subusers do not have access to this feature.

How do I manage license plate restriction in the self-service web portal?

  1. Log in to the self-service web portal.

  2. Go to 'Restrictions' > 'License Plate Restriction'.

  3. Add or remove license plates as needed.

  4. Always add the license plate before assigning it to a subuser.

Note: If license plate restriction is turned off, subusers can manage their own license plates in the app.
