All EasyPark users can add a note to their parking session, for example to remind yourself why or where you parked.
If you use a business account, this feature is especially useful for adding job numbers or internal references, so costs can be linked to a customer, project, or cost center.
In the EasyPark app:
Open the app and go to 'Activities'.
Select the parking session you want to edit.
Tap 'Add note'.
Enter your comment or job number and save.
Note: The note will also appear on your monthly invoice.
Via the self-service portal:
Log in to the self-service portal via the website.
Go to 'Parking history'.
Select the parking session and add a note in the 'Comment' field.
Tip: Are you the admin of a business account? You can make this field mandatory for subusers. Please contact your account manager if you'd like to enable this option.
