- Why did I receive an invoice from Riverty?
If you use EasyPark and have selected direct debit as your payment method, your parking costs will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month.
These payments are processed by our partner Riverty (formerly AfterPay).
How does Riverty work?
At the beginning of each month, you'll receive an invoice from Riverty showing all charges from the previous month.
You can recognize the invoice by the sender Riverty. It clearly shows:
Your parking activity and costs
Any service fees or additional charges
The withdrawal date
The total amount will then be automatically withdrawn from your bank account within a few days. After the payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive a confirmation from Riverty by email.
Why did I receive my first Riverty invoice earlier than expected?
Are you new to EasyPark and recently completed several parking sessions? Then your first invoice might arrive earlier than expected.
If your total parking amount increases quickly, Riverty may decide to send your invoice before the end of the month.
The amount will then be withdrawn automatically within three days.
From the following month, your invoice will be sent at the start of each new month as usual.
✔ Tip: Always check your bank account to confirm the payment has been processed successfully.
