Can I request a payment deferral?

It’s not possible to request a payment extension or payment plan via EasyPark. Invoices and payments are handled by Riverty, and they unfortunately do not offer this option.

Why is a payment plan not possible?

You receive your monthly invoice from Riverty in the first few days of the month following your parking activity. The automatic payment is usually collected around the 5th of the month.
Since you already have about a month between usage and payment, Riverty does not offer the option to pause or split payments.

The exact payment deadline is clearly stated in the email you receive at the start of the month.

What can you do?

✓ Log in to MyRiverty to view your invoices and payment dates.
✓ Make sure there are sufficient funds in your account on the day of the direct debit.
✓ If you're experiencing payment issues, contact Riverty as soon as possible to avoid reminder fees.
