- How do I change my payment method?
At EasyPark, you can easily pay for your parking using the payment method that suits you best! For example, choose direct debit (bank account number / IBAN), credit card, or Google/Apple Pay. You’re in control and can always update your payment method or bank account number yourself.
Set up or change direct debit (update your bank account number)
Open the menu in the EasyPark app and go to Payment.
Tap Change payment method.
Select Direct debit. You’ll be redirected to an iDEAL verification screen.
Complete a €0.01 verification payment via your bank.*
After the payment, you’ll automatically return to the EasyPark app. A confirmation will show that your IBAN has been successfully linked.
*Note: The €0.01 verification payment is used to confirm that the IBAN belongs to you. This amount will be refunded by Riverty.
Updating an expired credit card or adding a new one
Open the menu in the EasyPark app and go to Payment.
Tap Change payment method.
Select Credit card instead of direct debit.
Then follow the steps in the app to securely add your card details.
Adding Google Pay or Apple Pay
Open the menu in the EasyPark app and go to Payment.
Tap Change payment method.
Select Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Follow the steps to link your payment account to the app.
