How can I pay an outstanding invoice?

Riverty debits the amount during the first week of each month. Was the direct debit of your invoice unsuccessful? Don’t worry, there are several ways to complete your payment:

Pay via the EasyPark app

Go to Payment > Invoices in the app to view your outstanding invoice and pay directly via iDEAL or another available method.

Pay via MyRiverty

Log in to MyRiverty using the login details provided by Riverty. There you can view your outstanding invoices and pay directly via iDEAL.

Manual bank transfer

If needed, you can also pay via manual bank transfer. You’ll find the payment details on your invoice. This is available:

  • In the EasyPark app

  • On MyRiverty

  • In the invoice email sent by Riverty

Important: Manual transfers are possible, but not recommended. Processing may take longer. We advise paying through the EasyPark app or MyRiverty for faster processing and confirmation.
