How can I recognize and prevent fraud?

Sometimes, individuals may impersonate EasyPark to obtain sensitive information or collect money. While we cannot stop these actions, we can help you recognize and avoid such attempts to prevent any potential harm.

Fraudsters often use phishing (email) or smishing (SMS) messages to gain access to information or money. These messages are often well-crafted and appear genuine, but they typically contain errors.

How to spot suspicious messages:

  • Check the sender: Is the email address or phone number actually from EasyPark?

  • Look for grammatical errors: Fraudulent messages often contain minor language mistakes.

  • Compare the details: You can always view your invoices and customer number through the app or your personal self-service portal. Cross-check the information in the message with what’s listed in your account.

Not an EasyPark Customer?

If you are not a customer, your details are not in our system. However, you may still receive fraudulent messages. Unfortunately, we do not know how fraudsters obtain personal information. You can report these messages in your inbox and then delete them.
