- My garage parking session is still active, what should I do?
Sometimes, your parking session in a garage may not stop automatically after exiting. This can happen for several reasons:
The camera did not correctly register your license plate when exiting.
The barrier was opened manually by the garage operator, excluding the system from recording your exit time.
There’s a technical issue that allowed you to exit, but your parking session wasn’t automatically stopped.
What can you do?
Check in the EasyPark app if your parking session is still active.
Still active? Try stopping the parking session manually in the app, if possible, for example, when it’s a ParkBee location.
Unable to stop the session? Contact our customer service so we can correctly close your parking session in our system.
Tip: Always check in the EasyPark app if your parking session has ended after exiting. This helps prevent additional charges.
