- My garage parking session didn’t start, what should I do?
Sometimes, your parking session in a garage may not start automatically. This can happen for several reasons:
The camera didn’t recognize your license plate.
Camera parking is not enabled in your account.
The parking garage does not support automatic license plate recognition (via EasyPark).
What can you do?
Check in the EasyPark app if automatic license plate recognition is enabled.
Verify if your parking session is active in the app.
Not started? Enter the garage by taking a ticket at the barrier.
Tip: Check in the EasyPark app whether the parking garage supports camera parking. This helps prevent issues with your parking session not being registered.
