- How do I pay with the EasyPark Mobility Card?
The EasyPark Mobility Card (also known as the Garage Card) allows you to easily pay for parking in garages that accept Visa. All costs are automatically processed through your EasyPark account, eliminating the need to keep separate receipts.
Below, you will find information on how the mobility card work, how to enable contactless transactions, and how to view your transactions.
How does the EasyPark Mobility Card work?
Entering the garage: Hold the EasyPark Mobility Card near the card reader at the parking garage entrance. Enter your PIN if required.
Exiting the garage: Use the same card and PIN. The parking costs will be automatically processed through your EasyPark account.
Billing: All parking fees are collected and charged on your monthly EasyPark invoice.
Tip: Always check whether the parking garage accepts Visa. If Visa is accepted, the EasyPark Mobility Card will work there as well.
Where can I park with the EasyPark Mobility Card?
✔ In the Netherlands: More than 400 parking garages accept the EasyPark Mobility Card.
✔ Across Europe: The card is also valid in various other European countries where Visa is accepted.
✔ Other locations: Some toll roads and electric vehicle charging stations support transactions with the EasyPark Mobility Card.
Note: Not all parking locations in these countries accept the card. Always check in advance if Visa is accepted.
Contactless transactions with the EasyPark Mobility Card
For security reasons, contactless transactions are not enabled by default.
To activate the Easypark Mobility Card:
Use the card once with your PIN at a payment terminal.
After this, contactless transactions will be enabled.
How do I view my EasyPark Mobility Card transactions?
All parking costs paid with the EasyPark Mobility Card appear on your EasyPark (monthly) invoice.
✔ The invoice provides a detailed overview of all transactions, including date, location, and amount.
✔ As a business customer you can view and download your transactions via your personal self-service portal.
