- Where can I park with camera parking?
Camera parking (license plate recognition) allows you to enter and exit parking locations easily without manually starting or stopping a parking session. Not all parking garages and lots support this feature, so it’s important to check in advance whether a location supports camera parking.
How do I check if a location supports camera parking?
You can easily check this via the EasyPark app:
Open the EasyPark app.
Enter the zone code of the parking location or find it directly on the map.
If the location supports camera parking, this will be indicated in the parking details.
Note: Not all parking locations with barriers support entry and exit via license plate recognition. In some garages, you may still need to take a ticket or start a parking session manually.
How do I recognize a camera parking location?
✔ In the EasyPark app: Camera parking locations are marked with a camera icon and a notification in the parking details.
✔ At the parking garage itself: Many locations with license plate recognition display a sign indicating that automatic entry and exit via camera parking is available.
What if I start a parking session at a location without camera parking?
If you park at a location that does not support camera parking:
The barrier will not open automatically, and you may need to take a parking ticket.
You must manually start and stop your parking session in the EasyPark app.
