- Why don’t I see my charging session in the app?
Started a charging session but don’t see it in the EasyPark app? There could be several reasons for this. Below are a few things you can check.
✓ Did you start the session via EasyPark?
Charging sessions are only visible in the app if they were also started through the EasyPark app.
If you started the session using a charge card or another provider, it will not appear in EasyPark and we won’t invoice it.
✓ Was the session successfully started?
The session might not have started correctly. Please check whether:
the cable is properly connected to both your vehicle and the charger
you selected the correct charging point in the app
you received a confirmation that the session is active
✓ Is there a delay in the display?
Sometimes it can take a little while for an active session to appear in the app.
If the session has ended but no cost is shown, the charging point may still be processing the session. In some cases, it can take a few days for the final charge details to be confirmed by the CPO.
What can you do?
Try starting the session again via the app.
If possible, try another charging station if the current one seems unresponsive.
If no energy was delivered and you see no cost afterwards, you usually won’t be charged.
