- What if charging with EasyPark doesn't work?
Having trouble starting a charging session through the EasyPark app? That can be frustrating. Below are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Check if you selected the correct charging station
Sometimes there are multiple charging points close together. Always double-check that you’ve selected the correct station number, it’s usually shown on a sticker or display on the charging point.
2. Try starting the session again
You can restart the process by:
Fully closing the app
Reopening the app
Selecting the correct charging station again
Attempting to start the session one more time
3. Check your connection
A stable internet connection is required to start a charging session through the app. Make sure you're connected via Wi-Fi or mobile data.
4. Charging station not responding?
Make sure the charging cable is properly connected to both your car and the charging point
Some stations only activate after the session has been started in the app
Wait a few seconds, the station may need time to respond
5. Using the correct app?
You can only pay through the EasyPark app if the session was also started through EasyPark.
Sessions started with a charging card or another provider will not appear in the EasyPark app or be billed through us.
No charging, no charge?
If the session didn’t actually deliver any energy, and you don’t see any costs in the app or on your invoice, chances are no payment has been processed.
