How do I pay for charging my electric vehicle?

When you charge using EasyPark, payment is handled automatically via the payment method linked to your account. There's nothing you need to do manually, your charging session is processed and billed afterwards, just like with parking.

Note: Charging costs are separate from any parking fees. If paid parking applies at your location, you’ll need to start a separate parking session in the EasyPark app. This will be billed separately.

When do I pay for charging?

You pay after your charging session ends. The cost is automatically settled through:

  • your monthly invoice (if you've chosen direct debit)

  • your linked payment card (such as a credit card)

  • or another payment method you've selected in the app (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay)

There’s no need to make a manual payment at the charging station.

Where can I see what I’ve paid for charging?

After charging, you can view your session and the related costs in:

  • the EasyPark app, under your parking and charging history

  • your invoice or payment receipt, depending on your payment method

You’ll be able to see:

  • your energy consumption (e.g. kWh used)

  • the applied charging rate

  • the service fee

Good to know:

  • You can only pay through the EasyPark app if the charging session was also started via the app.

  • Sessions started with a charging card or another provider won’t appear in the EasyPark app and will not be invoiced by us.
