- Are there any technical limitations when charging with EasyPark?
In most cases, you can charge your vehicle with EasyPark without any issues. However, there are a few technical requirements to keep in mind.
✓ You need the EasyPark app
To start a charging session with EasyPark, you need to use the EasyPark app. Charging via a charging card or a different app is not linked to EasyPark and will not appear in our app or invoices.
✓ You need an active internet connection
The app requires an internet connection to start and stop your charging session. Make sure you have mobile data or Wi-Fi when starting the session.
✓ Not all charging stations are available in EasyPark
We work with a wide network of charge point operators. However, not all charging stations in every country are accessible through our app. You’ll only see stations in the EasyPark app that are part of our partner network.
✓ Only sessions started via the EasyPark app are visible
Charging sessions started through a different provider or charging card won’t appear in the EasyPark app. These cannot be managed, stopped, or paid for through EasyPark.
