- Why can't I add a license plate in the EasyPark app?
Can’t add a license plate in the EasyPark app? That’s unfortunate, but it’s usually easy to fix! In some cases, a license plate may be (temporarily) blocked in our system.
Possible reasons
A license plate may be blocked if:
It’s a rental or lease vehicle
The vehicle is a company car used by multiple drivers
The license plate was recently transferred, because the vehicle changed ownership
In some cases, a license plate may have been previously linked to another EasyPark account. This can cause the system to automatically block it for a short period.
