How do I change my subscription?

At EasyPark, you can pay in two ways:

  • EasyPark Small – pay per parking session: You pay a transaction fee only when you park. This option is recommended if you don’t park frequently.

  • EasyPark Go – pay a fixed monthly fee: You pay a fixed subscription fee per month, regardless of the number of parking sessions. This is especially recommended for frequent parkers.

Want to switch to a different subscription? You can easily do this yourself in the EasyPark app:

  1. Open the EasyPark app.

  2. Go to the menu (three lines in the corner).

  3. Tap on Pricing Plan.

  4. Select the subscription you want to use.

Please note: Want to switch to a different subscription? Make sure to make the change before the start of a new month. Subscriptions are billed monthly, and any changes will take effect on the 1st day of the following month.
