How do I change my personal details?

You can easily update your personal information, such as your name, address, and email address, via the EasyPark app or your personal page on the website.

Changes via the app:

  1. Open the EasyPark app.

  2. Go to the menu (three lines in the corner).

  3. Tap 'Account'.

  4. Edit your details.

Changes via the website:

  1. Log in to your personal self-service portal.

  2. Go to 'Profile' and update your details.

Can I change my phone number?

It is not possible to change your phone number via the app or self-service portal. If you want to update your registered phone number, please contact our customer service.
