How do I change, delete or add a license plate?

You can easily manage your license plates through the EasyPark app or your personal self-service portal. Below you’ll find how to edit, remove, or add a license plate.

Edit or remove a license plate

  1. Open the menu in the EasyPark app.

  2. Go to ‘Vehicles’.

  3. Tap on the license plate you want to edit.

  4. Make your changes, or scroll down and tap ‘Remove this vehicle’ if you want to delete it.

Tip: You can also add a recognizable name to your vehicle, so it’s easier to find in the app. This is optional.

Add a new license plate

As the account owner, you can easily add an extra license plate:

  1. Go to ‘Vehicles’ in the menu.

  2. Tap on ‘Add vehicle’.

  3. Enter the new license plate and possibly a name for the vehicle then tap on save.

Note: In the updated EasyPark app, it’s currently not possible to set a favorite license plate. This feature is on our wishlist for a future update.

Always check your license plate before parking

After selecting a zone, make sure the correct license plate is active. Tap the license plate field if you need to switch it before pressing ‘Start’. This helps prevent errors when starting your parking session.

Having trouble adding a license plate?

If you’re unable to add a license plate, there may be several reasons. In some cases, a vehicle may be blocked in our system. This can happen with:

  • Rental or lease cars

  • Company vehicles

  • Recently purchased vehicles
