No longer want to use EasyPark? That’s unfortunate! Below you’ll find how to cancel your account, whether you’re a private or business user.
Important: Only the admin of an account can submit a cancellation or remove users.
How do I cancel my account as a private user?
Want to delete your entire account? You can easily cancel your EasyPark account in the app:
Open the app and go to the ‘Account’ menu.
Scroll down and tap ‘Delete Account’.
Follow the steps in the app to permanently close your account.
A confirmation message will appear, your account will be deleted within 1 hour.
You’ll also receive a confirmation via SMS.
Once deleted, you won’t be able to log in again.
✔ You don’t need to enter a verification code.
✔ Not sure if your account was successfully deleted? Try logging in again. If you're asked to add a payment method, your previous account has been closed and the sign-up process has started. You can simply close the app to exit.
✔ Want to use EasyPark again in the future? You can always create a new account.
Why can’t I cancel my account?
Check if one of the following situations applies:
There’s an active parking session
→ End it in the app first.There’s an unpaid balance
→ Make sure your payment method is valid and settle any open invoices.There’s an active subscription
→ Switch to EasyPark Small under ‘Pricing Plan’ in the app, then you’ll be able to close the account.
How do I change my subscription without closing my account?
Open the app and go to ‘Pricing Plan’. You can switch to a different package like EasyPark Small (no monthly fee).
This keeps your account active without any ongoing costs, you’ll only be charged when you actually use the service.
Can I switch my account from private to business?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to convert an existing account. You can, however, register a new business account.
How do I cancel my account as a business user?
The cancellation process depends on the number of users linked to your business account:
Fewer than 5 users
→ You can cancel the account yourself via the self-service web portal.5 or more users?
→ Please complete this business form
⮞ Cancelling your account (under 5 users)
Log in to the self-service web portal.
Remove all active sub-users.
A one-month cancellation notice applies.
You can continue using EasyPark until the end of the following month.
Your account will then be closed and a final invoice will be sent.
Note: The admin cannot be removed while sub-users are still active.
⮞ Cancelling your account via the form (5 or more users)
Fill out this form with your company details, customer ID, and reason for cancellation.
Our team will then process the request for you.
How do I cancel my account as a sub-user?
You can’t delete your own profile. Please ask the admin to remove you from the business account via the self-service portal.
Can I convert my business account to a private account?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to convert an existing account. You can, however, register a new private account.
