How do I assign a cost center?

If you use EasyPark Business, you can assign a cost center to each subuser. This is useful when you want to allocate costs to a specific department, project, or internal structure. The cost center will appear on your monthly invoice and in export files, making reporting and internal billing easier.

Who can assign a cost center?

Only the admin of a business account can manage cost centers via the self-service web portal.

How do I assign a cost center to a subuser?

  1. Log in to the self-service web portal.

  2. In the left-hand menu, go to 'Users'.

  3. Select the appropriate payment group.

  4. Click the three dots next to the subuser and choose 'Edit'.

  5. Enter the desired name or code in the 'Cost center' field.

  6. Save your changes.

From that moment on, the cost center will be automatically linked to all parking sessions for that subuser. It will be visible on your centralized invoice and in your Excel or CSV export.

Additional options

  • You can also move a subuser to a different payment group.

  • If an employee leaves the company, you can choose to remove access immediately or at the end of the month.
