EasyPark for Business admin account user guide

With EasyPark Business, parking expense administration becomes the easiest part of your day. Use our self-service portal to register, add users, update payments, manage vehicle restrictions and more, all designed to save time and simplify your work.

What is the self-service portal?

You can use it to manage users, review expenses, get monthly invoices, and manage parking permissions in a couple of clicks. The portal gives you control and visibility across teams and locations, helping you stay compliant, reduce admin time, and keep your on-the-go employees moving smoothly.

How to sign into Self-Service portal

  1. Go to Self-Service portal.

  2. Enter your username and your password and click ´Log in´.

  3. Select how to receive your verification code, choosing between SMS or email.

  4. You will shortly receive a 6 digit code.

  5. Enter the 6 digit code.

  6. You will be automatically logged on into the portal.

How to reset your password 

  1. If you’ve forgotten your password, just click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page and follow the steps to request new login details.

How to add a new user

  1. Login to Self-Service portal.

  2. Select ‘Users’ page from the main menu. 

  3. Click on the ´+Add user´ button at the top-right corner of the page. 

  4. Fill out the user information required. 

  5. Click on ´Add´. 

  6. User registered. A welcome SMS and email are automatically sent out to the new user. 

How to edit an existing user 

  1. Login to Self-Service portal.

  2. Select ‘Users’ page from the main menu. 

  3. Identify the user of your interest in the table and click on the ´Edit´ icon.

  4. Edit the information needed.  

  5. Click on ‘Save’.

How to add a payment method

  1. Login to Self-Service portal.

  2. Select ‘Payment Groups’ page from the main menu.

  3. Click on the Payment Group of interest.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the modal to find the section ‘Payment Methods’ 

  5. Select the payment method of your choice. 

  6. Add the payment method details that are required.

  7. Finalize the process.

How to visualize and download parking sessions history

  1. Login to Self-Service portal.

  2. Select ‘Parking sessions’ page from the main menu to visualize the parking sessions history associated with your account.

  3. Use the ‘Start date‘ and ‘End date‘ filters to set the time range of your interest.

  4. Click on the ‘Export‘ option and select the file format of your choice to download the parking sessions history.

How to download monthly invoices

  1. Login to Self-Service portal.

  2. Select ‘Payment history’ page from the main menu. 

  3. Choose the month of your interest.

  4. Click on the ´Download´ icon.

  5. Select the file format of your choice.

How to set vehicle restrictions 

  1. Login to Self-Service portal.

  2. Select ‘Restrictions’ page from the main menu. 

  3. Select the tab ‘Vehicles’.

  4. Turn on the toggle stating ‘Limit parking to allowed vehicles only‘.

  5. Click on ‘+Add vehicle‘.

  6. Add the license plate of the allowed vehicle and click ‘Add‘.

  7. Repeat the action for each vehicle you want to allow. 

How to set time restrictions 

  1. Login to Self-Service portal.

  2. Select ‘Restrictions’ page from the main menu. 

  3. Select the tab ‘Time’.

  4. Turn on the toggle stating ‘Enable time restrictions‘.

  5. Select the days and time ranges in which parking is allowed. 

  6. Click on the button ‘Save‘ at the bottom of the page.

How to manage notifications settings for your users 

  1. Login to Self-Service portal.

  2. Select ‘Notifications’ page from the main menu. 

  3. Set the SMS notifications settings of your choice using the toggles and time intervals on the right side of the page. 

  4. Click on the button ‘Reset all users to default‘ at the bottom of the page to apply the configuration to all existing users. 

How to register for a Business account as an Admin

  1. Start on Welcome to EasyPark registration page.

  2. Fill out the account information required and choose your password. Click ´Next´.

  3. Select the product package of your choice. 

  4. Congrats, you have created your EasyPark for Business account! You will shortly receive your Welcome email.

As an alternative, you can also register your EasyPark for Business account from your EasyPark mobile app.
