How can I get my receipts

Download a Receipt via the EasyPark App

  1. Open the EasyPark App: Start by opening the EasyPark app on your mobile device.

  2. Go to 'My Parking History': Navigate to the main menu and select "My Parking History" to view your past transactions.

  3. Select the Parking Session: Find the session for which you need a receipt and tap on it.

  4. Download or Email the Receipt: From the session details, you can either download the receipt or choose to email it to yourself.

Download a Receipt via the EasyPark Website

  1. Log In to Your EasyPark Account: Go to the EasyPark website and log in to your account.

  2. Access 'My Parking History': Once logged in, navigate to "My Parking History" in your account overview.

  3. Select the Parking Session: Find the relevant parking session and click on it.

  4. Download or Email the Receipt: You have the option to download the receipt or email it directly from the website.

Payment with Credit Card, Swish, Apple Pay, or PayPal: A receipt is automatically created the day after the amount for your parking has been charged.

Payment by Invoice: You receive a parking confirmation immediately after the parking session ends. The actual invoice is created and sent to you approximately one month later.

What Should I Do If I Haven't Received My Receipt?

If you haven’t received your receipt, please check that your email address is correctly registered in the EasyPark app or on the website.
