The charged amount looks different than the parking cost?

Did you notice that the amount charged in your bank isn't exactly what you thought your parking cost? There's usually a simple explanation.

All the parking sessions you have on the same day, or sometimes even the day before, will often show up as one combined charge in your bank statement within 1-2 business days.

How to check

Want to see if your parkings were combined? Here's how:

1. Log in to the app or website to get your receipts.

2. Checking Your Payments: Download your parking receipts to verify charges. If multiple sessions were combined into a single payment, they will appear on the same receipt.
