Long-Term Parking
With the EasyPark app, you can easily pay for longer parking periods.
Here's what you should know:
What's a Long-Term Ticket?
Think of a long-term ticket as a way to pay for your parking in advance for an extended duration, like a full day, a set number of days, specific dates, or even an entire season. It's a convenient option to handle your parking payment all at once.
Can I Get My Money Back if I Don't Use the Whole Ticket or if I started one by mistake?
Long-term parking tickets are typically non-refundable for any unused duration after purchase. The app will display a warning message: "This parking can’t be cancelled or refunded once it’s started."
Do I Need a Special Permit to Park Long-Term?
Sometimes, yes. Some parking locations require a separate permit in addition to your EasyPark payment. Always check the parking signs at your location to see if a permit is necessary.
Who Gives Me This Permit?
EasyPark does not issue these permits. They are provided by the parking operator – the company or organization managing the specific parking area. They also establish the parking regulations and any specific location codes. Therefore, if you need a permit or have questions about the rules, please contact the parking operator directly.
