- How do I know that my parking is active?
To check that your parking is active, just look for the following in the app:
Countdown Timer – You’ll see a countdown clock for your active parking session, showing time, area, and price, confirming that your parking is in progress.
Ongoing Parking for Long-Term Tickets – Your parking will appear under “Ongoing Parking” with location code and time details.
Active Parking Status (iOS) – For iOS users, an active parking session will show on the home screen, usually with the location code and time.
If you're ever unsure, just double-check in the app to confirm your parking is correctly registered, or reach out to customer support.
