As an administrator for a business account, you can log in to the Self-Service portal to manage all administrative matters related to your company account. The Self-Service portal offers the benefit of accessing information anytime, without needing to wait in phone queues.
How to Log In:
Log in HERE using the credentials provided when the account was created.
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click 'Forgot password' to request new login details.
What Can You Do in Self-Service?
Change Account Details:
Change/update address details.
Add/remove employees.
Add/remove vehicles.
Payment-Related Tasks:
Download invoices and check the status of invoices.
Add cost centers and move employees between them.
Update card details (for credit/debit card users) or change the payment method.
Parking History:
View parking history per employee.
