Self-Service

As an administrator for a business account, you can log in to the Self-Service portal to manage all administrative matters related to your company account. The Self-Service portal offers the benefit of accessing information anytime, without needing to wait in phone queues.

How to Log In:

  • Log in HERE using the credentials provided when the account was created.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click 'Forgot password' to request new login details.

What Can You Do in Self-Service?

Change Account Details:

  • Change/update address details.

  • Add/remove employees.

  • Add/remove vehicles.

Payment-Related Tasks:

  • Download invoices and check the status of invoices.

  • Add cost centers and move employees between them.

  • Update card details (for credit/debit card users) or change the payment method.

Parking History:

  • View parking history per employee.
