The EasyPark Business self-service portal provides administrators and employees with the ability to manage their account settings and parking history. Please follow the appropriate instructions below to log in.
Logging In as an Administrator
Administrators need their business account username from the welcome email to access the self-service portal.
For forgotten passwords, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page for reset instructions.
Mandatory two-factor authentication requires a verification code via SMS or email upon login. If one method fails, try the other.
We may add several people to the login portal, if more people should have access to manage the account.
Logging In as an Employee
Employees linked to a business account can access the self-service portal conveniently using their registered phone number.
To log in, please follow these steps:
Enter your username. This might be your phone number or email address.
Complete the login process using two-factor verification.
Accessible Information for Employees
Upon successful login, employees will have access to the following sections:
Your User Account: This section allows you to view and manage your personal details and settings linked to the business account.
Parking History: Here, you can access and review a comprehensive record of all parking sessions completed under the business account associated with your phone number.
Private Account (If Applicable): If you also possess a personal EasyPark account linked to the same phone number, you can manage the information for that private account within the portal as well.
This integrated access provides employees with a consolidated overview of both their work-related and personal parking activity, ensuring comprehensive control over their parking management.
