What is camera parking?

Camera Parking is a feature available at certain parking facilities.
Cameras at the entry and exit automatically recognize your license plate.
Instead of a separate invoice, you can pay automatically through the payment method linked to your EasyPark account.

How do I activate Camera Parking in the EasyPark app?

To enable Camera Parking in the EasyPark app:

Option 1:

1. Navigate to Vehicles.

2. Tap the three dots associated with your vehicle.

3. Select the Camera Parking checkbox.

Option 2:

1. Access Camera Parking from the main menu.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Important: Activate the service at least 15 minutes before parking.

How does Camera Parking work when I leave the parking area?

When you leave, the camera reads your license plate, and your parking session automatically ends in the EasyPark app.

How will I know if I have to pay?

The EasyPark app will show if the parking was free or if a fee applies, which will be charged to your chosen payment method.

Are there any important things to remember about Camera Parking locations?

Not all parking locations support automatic camera parking.
