Camera parking started on a sold car

If a parking session starts in your app for a car you have sold, it means that camera parking is still activated for the vehicle in your app. The camera parking feature will initiate the parking session in the account where it is activated, regardless of the driver.

What Should You Do?

To avoid future occurrences, please disable camera parking for any vehicles you no longer own directly within the EasyPark app.

Refund request for a parking on a previously owned car

As per our terms and conditions, refunds are not provided for finalized and charged parking sessions if the parking was initiated on a vehicle no longer owned by the user. Please note it is the user's responsibility to manage the vehicles listed in their app and to disable camera parking when necessary.
