How do I pay for my parking?

Wondering how to pay for your recent parking? Here’s how it works.

Add your payment method

You'll need to add your preferred payment method into the app. It's a one-time thing, and then you're all set! You can see exactly how to add or update your payment details right here.

Once you've added a payment method

After you've got your payment sorted in the app, all your future parking costs will automatically be withdrawn from that method of payment. You don't have to do a thing after you park!

How does the payment work?

We usually charge you for your parking 1-2 days after your parking session ends.

Note: If you park more than once on the same day, these will be charged in one single transaction. If you see a charge that is a bit higher than what you expected for a single parking, that's probably why!

What happens if a payment doesn't go through?

If for some reason we can't process a payment, we'll send you a SMS to let you know. You can read more about what to do if that happens right here.
