Here's how to add or update your payment method
As a private user, parking is automatically charged the next day, making the process quick and easy. Here's how you can update your private payment method using our app:
Updating via the EasyPark App:
Open the EasyPark app
Tap the Menu: In the top corner of the app, you'll see three horizontal bars. Tap this menu icon.
Select Payment: From the menu options, tap on Payment.
Tap Add/Change payment method: You'll see an option to manage your payment methods. Tap on Add/Change payment method.
Choose your new payment method: Select the payment option you'd like to use going forward.
Follow the on-screen instructions: The app will guide you through the necessary steps to complete the change.
Note: Its is no longer possible to update payment method via the Self service portal on our website.
Approved payment methods in Norway:
Visa
Mastercard
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Strex
Amex
UnionPay
Vipps as a payment method:
Vipps is not an available payment option in EasyPark.
How can I use my Statoil card?

Understanding Payment Messages:
Sometimes, you might see a yellow or red message related to your payment information. This is simply a helpful reminder to update your card if it's expiring soon or has already expired. Keeping your payment details up-to-date ensures smooth and hassle-free parking.
What Happens to Your Old Card?
When you add a new payment card, you don't need to worry about removing the old one. Our system automatically removes the old card details for you.
Beware of phishing:
Always make sure you're using the official EasyPark app or website when entering personal or payment information. EasyPark will never ask you to share sensitive details via email, text message, or over the phone. For more information, click here.
