Switch to EasyPark

You may have heard the news: EasyPark Group and Yellowbrick have united to strengthen our partnership with cities and provide you with a better service. To achieve this, we need to consolidate our services, such as the Yellowbrick and EasyPark apps, which are available in Germany.

From 01 May 2025, the Yellowbrick app will no longer function. All areas currently available through the Yellowbrick app will also be available in the EasyPark app, ensuring that you can continue to pay for parking with your mobile in your favourite locations in Germany. This means that the Yellowbrick app is now disabled for parking.

Smoothly transition from Yellowbrick to EasyPark

Here you will find everything you need to know about switching to EasyPark. At the bottom of the page you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.

However, if you were a Yellowbrick customer, you can still log in to the app and the Yellowbrick web portal to see and download your payment history. 

You can download your history in three easy steps :

  1. Log in to your Yellowbrick app or the Yellowbrick web portal using your registered email address or phone number and password. 

  2. Click on the “My tickets” tab at the bottom menu. You can find your past parking sessions under “History”. 

  3. Click on the download icon in the top left corner to download all your past sessions

To park, we invite you to use the EasyPark app, where you can expect a larger national and international coverage, as well as pay for EV charging where available.

If you’re not a previous Yellowbrick or EasyPark customer, we invite you to download the EasyPark app to easily manage your parking and charging in Germany and 20 other countries globally.

You can also refer to the Yellowbrick Terms and Conditions and Yellowbrick Privacy Policy if you have questions about the service or how data is processed.
