I Can’t Stop My Long-Term Parking Session

Long-term tickets cannot be ended or stopped early once they have started, as stated at the time of purchase. However, if a long-term parking session has been queued (scheduled) but has not yet begun, you can cancel it.

How to cancel a scheduled session:

  1. Go to the "Activity" section in the app.

  2. Select "Ongoing Parkings".

  3. Choose the option to stop/cancel the session.

Note: Long-term parking sessions do not renew automatically.

Are Long-Term Tickets Refundable?

Prepaid long-term tickets are generally non-refundable. Cancellations are typically not permitted after purchase, as indicated during the checkout process.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use the full duration of the ticket?

Once a long-term ticket has been purchased, refunds for any unused time are generally not offered.
