Invoice Copies for Private Customers

If you are a private user, you can easily request copies of your previous invoices through the EasyPark app or the self-service portal of our website.
Via the EasyPark App:
 Open the EasyPark app and tap the menu icon.
 Go to Activity (or Parking History).
 Select the specific parking session.
 Tap Send receipt by email to send the PDF invoice to your registered email address.
Via EasyPark Web Self-Service:
 Log into your account at 
easypark.de
.
 Navigate to Parkverlauf (Parking History) or Invoices.
 Select the relevant session or billing period and download the PDF.
