What does this include?

CameraPark

To use this service, choose a license plate number in the app and click on the three dots next to it.
Then click on "Activate CameraPark for this vehicle". Do not forget to activate this at least 15 minutes before you want to use the function.
When you have left the garage, you will receive a push notification that your parking action has been stopped.

You can find your receipt in the app under "Parking actions"> "History".

Mobile hub-parking

Drive to the barrier and take a ticket from the machine. The garage registers your license plate number and start time of the parking action.
Open the EasyPark app at any time, but in any case before leaving the garage. Enter the zone number and start the parking action. The zone number can be found in the app based on your location and at the entrance, wicket doors or payment terminal.
The parking action is automatically stopped when you exit. The barrier opens automatically. You do not have to go to the payment terminal or open the app to stop the parking action.

The EasyPark card

The EasyPark Card can be used in garages and on toll roads in the following countries,if there is VISA credit card acceptance:Andorra, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland , Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.If you already downloaded the EasyPark app, you can view the locations in the app. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at (+49) 0 221 260 1899 or post@easypark.net.
