Description of the Service and Measures to Support Accessibility
EasyPark provides services connected to finding, managing, and paying for parking and electric vehicle charging. Our services are accessible across mobile apps and web services, as well as via parking payment kiosks, supporting a broad range of user needs. We have taken the following measures to ensure the accessibility of the services:

Screen reader compatibility: Fully functional with popular screen readers
High-contrast and zoom functionality: Adjustable contrast and text scaling for users with visual disabilities
Our services are delivered through interfaces that support accessibility by:

Keyboard accessibility: Functions that can be operated via keyboard for portions of the flow
Help and support: Guides and help functions in accessible formats
Error notifications: Clear and descriptive error messages to guide users in resolving issues
Customizable settings: Options for users to personalize some settings, such as font a dark mode display option
We integrate accessibility considerations early in our design process to ensure we create thorough and thoughtful interfaces for all audiences, and we are continuously striving to improve our accessibility by providing:
Ongoing accessibility training: Our team receives regular training on accessibility best practices, ensuring employees have the skills required to keep our services inclusive and conformant with current standards.
Regular testing: We continually test our services against the latest accessibility guidelines, including WCAG 2.2, Level A & AA, and EN 301 549, and make necessary updates to sustain accessibility.
Feedback mechanisms: We have established channels for users to provide feedback on accessibility issues and aim to address concerns promptly.

EN 301 549
This statement is based on an independent accessibility audit (VPAT report) conducted by a third-party specialist in March 2025. While this audit informs our accessibility efforts, it does not constitute a guarantee of full legal compliance in every implementation or use case.
Accessibility features may vary based on platform, browser, and configuration. Any customizations made to EasyPark services may impact accessibility.
Limitations and Alternatives
While we aim to ensure accessibility for all users, some limitations may exist. If you experience any issues, please let us know, and we will work to provide an alternative solution. For our parking map screens, we have list and search alternatives available. Our parking kiosk hardware products are currently being assessed to eliminate any accessibility barriers.
Disproportionate Burden
We rely on third-party software for some of our map and payment integrations. We continuously monitor our suppliers and the accessibility of these integrations.
