I cant start a long term parking session

• Not all areas offer period tickets. If you don't have the option to select durations over longer periods, long-term parking may not be available here. Please contact the operator in the area for more information.

Unable to end a long-term parking session

Long-term parking tickets cannot be stopped once initiated.However, if a long-term parking session has been queued but has not yet begun, you have the option to cancel it. To do this, go to the "Activity" section and then the "Ongoing Parkings" area within the app and select the option to stop the session.

Long-Term Parking Ticket Refund Policy

Prepaid long-term parking tickets are generally non-refundable, and cancellations are not typically permitted after purchase, as stated at the time of purchase.

Can I Get My Money Back if I Don't Use the Whole Ticket?

Once you've purchased a long-term ticket, refunds for any unused time are generally not offered
